Refund Policy

BrightScreen includes both free and paid yearly plans — refunds are not available, but our team is here to assist with any technical or billing issues.

Thank you for using BrightScreen. We aim to deliver a smooth, high-quality experience across all plans.

The free plan gives you full access to core brightness features with, while the paid yearly plan unlocks additional benefits. Because the paid plan provides immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.

BrightScreen offers both a free plan and an optional paid yearly plan ($10/year).

All purchases made through the paid plan are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing your selected plan and renewal settings before confirming payment. If you experience any technical issues or billing errors, please contact our support team — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue
