Assistive Tech Compatibility
The BrightScreen app is fully compatible with macOS and supports a range of built-in accessibility features designed to assist users with varying needs.
These include:
- VoiceOver (A screen reader that helps visually impaired users navigate and interact with the application)
- Keyboard Navigation (Allows full control of the app using only the keyboard, without the need for a mouse)
- Display Settings (Supports macOS features such as contrast adjustment and screen zoom to enhance visibility)
- External Device Support (Enables users to connect and interact with external input/output devices. For example, Braille displays, switches, or specialized keyboards)
Limitations
While we work hard to meet accessibility goals, some content may not yet fully meet all standards. This may include third-party components or older features. We are continuously improving and welcome feedback to help prioritize fixes.
